Edinburgh
Bagpipes all over the place. Sounded amazing. Glorious owl. This guy was cute. St Giles Cathedral. Lots of people. Edinburgh Castle, swarming with people. Where the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is held. Mary King's Close: located under the Edinburgh City Chambers building on the Royal Mile. Said to be haunted. Great experience.

The Kelpies
The Kelpies. The Scottish folklore water spirits symbolising the working Clydesdale horses that were used to tow the canal barges. Their names are Duke and Baron, named after the two real horses that were the models for the sculptures. This is Baron.

The Falkirk Wheel
Falkirk Wheel lit at night. Amazing engineering to get canal boats up and down the 35m high loch. Got up at 4.30am to check out, catch a bus, catch a train, catch another train to catch our train from London to Edinburgh, departing at 8am, to then catch a bus to the pickup location for our next camper van hire. It was a very busy morning. This campervan hire is a relocation deal, transporting it from Edinburgh to London over 5 days at just  £5 per night. Cheaper than Iceland
